(PS2)Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 help with CCS & TMP files

Hello everyone, I need some help with the files for textures(may have animations and 3d models inside too),the .CCS and .TMP files that was inside the data.cvm,i unpack using cvm_tool, and i unpacked an .CCS file (extracted with 7zip like normal compacted archives) and gained an .tmp file that i am certain that is a type of folder ,with has inside all textures of the .ccs. I have already tested opening the .ccs on hackstract, and worked, i see on the program the textures but i can only extract... i need some help with making or finding an tool that can reimport the textures. I already tried everything, ty.

I am on the same problem,but in my case is with Naruto Shippuden:Ultimate Ninja 5,i will let down here links to download an example of .ccs and .tmp,with me is the same case,i tried hackstract and can't reimport nothing.

There is a "CCSF" magic at offset 8 and some references to filenames but it doesn't seem an archive.

Yes,its the same in some hack games and others,because of that resemblance i tried using hacklink_ccs script with the .tmp files and extracted a bunch of .dat and some folders with .bmp textures,i opened it with TextureFinder and it shows the texture i need without the correct color palette,but it's a corrupted bitmap that doesn't open with nothing,the script work to unpack and repack the .tmp files. So,the new question is what is wrong with this bmp ? I tried CCSFile Explorer to reimport bmp texture but he just corrupt the texture every time i try,making impossible to reimport correctly.

I have checked the location of the textures and palette with an tool called "DataBinReader" and "StupidBlocks", i discovered that the problem here to edit is the palette, it's a palette of a bitmap with BM6 as header, on the game the header is another thing, looks like the palette it's inverted to work normally in the bitmap(see option_s.tmp on offset 0001d427 and option.bmp on 00000039) it's a sort of Transparent Bitmap and i can edit with an graphical editor and save the bitmap with the same format, but i will need to make some sort of conversion to the hex values of the palette to insert them into the game working,and maybe the texture values too,but need to be tested, please help me with this.
