Help with .dt0, .dt1, .dt2, .dt5, .pic files [KOF Destiny]

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to open or extract the extensions:

• .dt0

• .dt1

• .dt2

• .dt5

• .pic

It is a mobile game called KOF Destiny but it was in beta and now it was renamed to KOF M.
