You tested gersang.gcs? It's working with system.gcs but gersang.gcs it's not working.

I added more one gcs and some hq file in case you need another one to compare.
hq file (without extension) is same thing like anothers files? It's just a file compressed?
Could you give me a hint as to how the process you did for you found out? Do you used comtype_scan?

hq is a different format, not an archive as far as I can see.
Regarding the compression algorithm I just tried lzo1x and it worked since lzss gave wrong results

gersang.gcs it's working fine but unfortunaly map.gcs is not working. x_x
