.kar file extraction
Has anyone here at Forum ever seen/used any script that can extract this .kar file? The game name is GetAmped, in the script listing GetAmped2 exists, however the format is different, GetAmped2 uses .kxr. If anyone can help, thank you very much, I keep trying for my part here to create the script.

Re: .kar file extraction
Unfortunately the encryption is different than the one used by getamped2.
That means someone has to work on it and there are no simpler solutions.

Re: .kar file extraction
I wanted to know if someone could not help me with this script. I have the .jar file used to extract the information from the .kar file to the memory during execution, there is the OFFSET information, but I could not put it in the BMS script, if someone can help me I'll send the .jar file.
Thank You!

Re: .kar file extraction
Just curious: what exact version of the game is it?
I have read that exist multiple versions and localizations, most are dead except few ones (like the korean one).
Maybe post an official homepage link of the game that still works.

Re: .kar file extraction
The game was released in 2006, the files I own are from 2008, are outdated with those of today, but still work the same way. There were several servers around the world, but all of them were disabled, one of the ones that they know that works until now is Japan, but there are almost no players, I am part of a group in Brazil that wants the game to come back, and we wanted to see if with these files we could set up some server. The link from GetAmped JP is http://www.getamped.jp/home.
