Fairly OddParents: Breakin' Da Rules (Gamecube) (fop.gcp)

I tried using https://aluigi.zenhax.com/bms/blitz_games_xbp.bms to extract the textures and other files from fop.gcp.
The game scripts extracted fine but all of the textures did not for some reason. They won't open at all in any photo editors and when I opened one of them up in a hex editor, I got this:

I tried adding a header manually and the images still won't open. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?

Because they are not bmp files to open but they have a custom format.
I'm moving the topic in the Graphics section where someone can help you.

Attached the file credits.bmp for quick analysis.
All the files have an header of 0xa0 bytes.
