Angry Birds Transformers forcechanges.TXT (FORCECHANGES)
I want to view the text in these files given from extracting data from some PAKs, the text isn't encrypted or compiled in a way, but confusing to read or encoded uniquely, any advice on decoding the text? The game's library doesn't mention it (or is this developer metadata)!

Just a remainder, the "Code Talk" section is used for problems with programming languages and bms scripting.
