How to open .st game texture format? [Getting Up]

Looking at old games on my pc, i have game called getting up, its graffiti game. Game has lots of assets.
The game asset files are .st, i have attached an examples.

Does anyone know how to open these files to see them in a viewer?
Game is very old.
