Help with this kind of file

Unfortunately, so far there are no scripts to "unpack" this kind of file.

I'd like to see if someone could help me with it.

I'm gonna attach one exemple on this post.

Here is the file...

Game name: zuixiaoyao
Download: http://download.zuixiaoyao.com/ZxyOLv4904.exe

We can unpack their data with the script "https://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/tzonline.bms" but after unpacking it, there are .dat files too which we can't read, so I was looking for a script to unpack it as well.
