Why you have that "Qt: Untested Windows version 10.0 detected!"?
There is no QT used in quickbms and I can't replicate that message on my platforms.
Do you have the same message with quickbms 0.9.0 too?

Regarding the error with CPK, currently I don't know why it gives that error, you should post one of these cpk files.
Anyway the current tool for working with CPK is https://github.com/esperknight/CriPakTools
