Gran Turismo Sport (GTS / GT7) model tools

Current version extracts static models and textures. Skeletal models also supported, but will be exported static. Car wheels and some other parts will be not in correct positions. This may be corrected with future adding their skeletons and weights. You can convert maps (tracks/courses) with this tool, after you extract the track from PACK file with GTS_Pack tool.

IMPORTANT NOTE. The tool extracts the highest LOD of game data. Many car parts are using tesselation. These meshes are marked with "_T" in their name. Thats why they look like they are low detail. But actually those are highest quality meshes. This tech was also used in GT6.

You can read about what is tesselation here:
https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/ ... st.307532/

Usage: drop model file onto the tool.

OBJ & ASCII files will be created. ASCII will have all UV layers.

To extract files from encrypted volumes you need GTTool by Flatz.
Version compiled for PC is provided here

This is awesome stuff, finally GT models. What’s the best way to get hold of the volumes. Straight off the disc?

Nope, you need to get them off of a PS4 already hacked, or to download a game PKG already decrypted called Fake PKG of the game.

You are need to find and download GTS version for cracked consoles (rutracker have one).
Then extract game and patch packages with PS4 Package Viewer.
Then move everything from extracted Patch CUSA02168 folder to extracted CUSA02168 folder of game, overwriting existing files.
And put extracted gttool64.exe to that folder too.

Now you need command console window, press Win+R and type cmd then "Enter" button.
In black window type a letter of drive where you have extracted CUSA02168 folder - for "D" drive type: d: (then "Enter" button).
Then copy to clipboard full path to extracted CUSA02168 folder from adress part of explorer window, like this: D:\Gran Turismo Sport\blz-gts\CUSA02168
In console window type cd and "space", then RMB somewhere in console window and "Paste".
So, full command are: cd D:\Gran Turismo Sport\blz-gts\CUSA02168 (then "Enter" button).
Now you ready to start extraction, type (or copy from here and paste) in console window: gttool64 -u -i gt.idx -o GTS (then "Enter" button).
Extraction should start into GTS subfolder of CUSA02168 folder.
You can change -o GTS part to -o F:\ExtractedGTS or whatever you need of course.

Is it possible to extract a 3D model of the Original tracks?
Tracks like Special Stage Route 5, Midfield Raceway, Deep Forest, Trial Mountain, etc....
It would be crazy to play these tracks in games like Assetto Corsa...
Could someone export this? :D :D

When exporting models, there are no skins in the textures.
Has anyone found where the skins are?

I heard there was a discord server about the progress of this. Is there a link to it by any chance?

Is there a way to dump game from PS4 directly without compromising anything... Like making backup of the game and then using those files or something?

Edit: ...never mind, will get 1.14 version online, but still would like to get some tips how to get tracks/courses
