Tessellation can be formed not only from quadrangles alone, but here I will not intervene, I did not understand how decryption works. But what about the GTS version you used to get the Toyota model?

Hi !!
I got 1.14update PKG
then going to extract by gttool64 and ""gttool64 -u -i gt.idx -o GTS"" command.

but can not extract GTS vol files
this PKG has two vol files
gtui.vol
gtun.vol

how can I extract these two vol files??

I feel that I have resolved myself. .
I had to overwrite all the updates with the original game data. (Currently in progress)

I'm sure I can extract with it.

Hi. How do we get the car names? carname.dat is probably encrypted.
BODY file contains no information.

Awesome tool, I just can't figure out how to use the .ASCII files to get the UVW mapping from the model.
Any help?

you need to get a plugin to load them. there are plugins for blender, 3dmax and noesis

Hello, im trying to extract gt.vol files from patch 1.47 by using gttool64 ( i already unpack pkg by pkg viewer)
But after writing all comands what i need in cmd - i see "unable to load volume file"
why it wont work?
If i unpack game - it is works

Hi guys, i have the test01.obj and 5 ascii files. I see i can import the obj in max, but how to load the materials? On Text01_textures folder i have a lot of dds files, but all are black. I dont know what to do with the ascii files too.

I need XPS script? I installed it (XNALara) but when i click to import one of the ascii files it takes 15 minutes loading than gives a error. "unknow property: "count" in undefined.

Alrights, used a updated version of XNalara script and now i can import the ascii files without any error (selecting the ascii import the model). But i still dont have any textures in max. Can anyone help?

Tool updated. Full GT7 support.

GT7 cars have .sepdat files with separate geometry/texture data. It's now supported.

so, i unpacked the .pkg files using pkg builder, but after i run the command (gttool64 -u -i gt.idx -o GTS) i get "unable to load volume file" error in the console, anyone knows why or how to fix that?
