The Punisher (PS2) AUDIO.VPP

Good day guys, I'd truly appreciate it if you helped me out with unpacking a bigfile from this game! The main problem is: newer VPP unpackers (the ones designed to deal with archives from Saints row 2-4, Red faction 3-4) don't work (they mostly crash "thanks to" unexpected package version or report there're 0 files inside Punisher's AUDIO.VPP) while other tools (for example a program that's able to extract *.vpp bigfiles from Red faction 1 for PC or another one - Watto's Game Extractor - which supports The Punisher [PC]) don't work properly. This is the reason I'm asking for any assistance once again!

Here you can find a pretty big cut from archive start & a cut of the same size from file end.

How can i find localization files and subtitle tool for this game (PC version)? I can extract some .vpp files using the this script. How can i open .ceg files ?

There's a site named Saints Row Mods, they should have both tutorials on translating & tools for editing localization files... I think.

Hi Luigi (and anyone else who'd like to help me out), may I ask you to look into new samples? They're from Summoner 2, a PS2 exclusive title, and the newest rfguerrilla.bms can't handle them: QuickBMS reports "divide by zero" on every *.VPP file.

PS. I suppose it's fine that I'm asking here instead of creating a brand new topic for Summoner 2, BTW if a mod decides to change thread name to "Unpacking Volition VPP archives" I'd not mind it at all.

Here's one of extraction solutions for Summoner 2 & probably Summoner 1 for PS2. I hope it'll prove helpful for anyone interested.
