Labyrinth of refrain vgm (.lse files) how to decode

I managed to get a foobar plugin to play it.

playback information on foobar tells me its ogg vorbis deencrypted anyway.
I'm kinda sad the soundtrack cd's only came with physical game, as a an owner of the game it feels stupid to buy the game again to get the ost.
