The extension is automatically guessed, you get .dat if no pattern is recognized, while vap and lua are obtained in case of false positives.

The codec used by the VAP audio files is Xbox 4-bit IMA ADPCM (44100Hz) and the data starts at 0x9800

- Download Foobar2000 and install the vgmstream plugin.
- Open Notepad, write this :
Then, save the file as ".txth" with only the extension.
- Place the .txth file inside the "e" folder where the audio files are.
- Rename all the audio files' extension to ".vgmstream"
- Drag and drop the *.vgmstream audio files into Foobar2000.
- Now you can play them correctly and you have the possibility to convert them.
- Open Notepad, write this :

interleave = 0
sample_rate = 44100
channels = 2
start_offset = 0x9800
num_samples = data_size
Then, save the file as ".txth" with only the extension.
- Place the .txth file inside the "e" folder where the audio files are.
- Rename all the audio files' extension to ".vgmstream"
- Drag and drop the *.vgmstream audio files into Foobar2000.
- Now you can play them correctly and you have the possibility to convert them.

For the music, use 22050 for the sample_rate line instead of 44100 and remove start_offset
