Help Creating a .CCS File (PS2)
Hello everyone, i'm trying to mod Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 and i got a problem with .CCS Files... i finded a tool to open it... "hackstract", idk if really store BMP files like the tool shows so,is there a way to create a CCS file ?

Late answer, but apparently you can use this to edit and save .ccs files
