Does anyone know a tool to convert LocalizationPackage_English, etc. from Assassin's Creed Odyssey to text file?

first, always upload a sample file
second, can you repack this file and back to .forge?

I'm looking for you help. I need to make the localization files from Odyssey readable, in order to use them for my wikia. If anyone has a tool, even if it can't repack, can you help me by sharing it ? I would be super appreciative.
