LoL bin file

Do you know any way to translate lol bin files? The one below is just an example but i would like to read more of them.

Just opening it with notepad reads this "Special_KPMinion | Special_TurretIgnores | Special_TeleportTarget | Special_UntargetableBySpells" So i think the bin file talks about the details of that unit, which would be cool knowing what else it says (if it says anything else)

do you have a bigger file?
that one contains data but I don't see an index or something else useful for extraction
