[PC] Labyrinth of Refrain Coven of Dusk .lse

Hello,
In the PC version, the scenario text is encrypted(.lse).But in the psvita version,it's just plain text(.csv).
Could somebody please help me decrypt the .lse file?Thanks!

Here is the program, if you want to encrypt back, do not touch the key the end of the file, is 1 byte in size.
