Metal Gear Solid HD Collection MGS2 SDT Audio files won't play, anyone encountered this before? (PS3)

So I did some digging around the MGS HD MGS2 Files and found some psarc containers titled, "mgs2.psarc" and "mgs2_misc.psarc" aluigi's brink.bms script extracts the information inside the containers perfectly but I can't seem to get the SDT Audio files inside to play well, not even on Foobar 2000 which supports SDT. Anyone come across this problem before on the PS3 Version? The Xbox 360 version is .BIN i think. Including some examples below:
