GTI club - Supermini Festa Taito Type X data file

Im looking to depack and repack a 2gb .dat file from the game GTI Club Supermini Festa which was a Taito Type X hardware based arcade game by Konami.

the header of the file suggests LZSS compression but have been unable to do anything with it.

This will be simply for game modding purposes (texture swaps etc)
