Hitman Blood Money (PC) M00_albino.WAV plus Wav,RMI,SND,WHD Can't open or extract it. Cutscene Dialog Maybe? Need Help

So I have been looking into the Hitman Blood Money files on PC, particularly the sound files and noticed that in each mission there is different WAV, SND, RMI files etc which can't be opened. I was wondering if someone can help extract and identify the files. Could they be the Pre-Rendered cut-scene dialog (voices only) without music? It's interesting to say the least. Would be highly helpfully and appreciated. Posting a link since can't be uploaded here as not allowed,

All different formats. Wav,RMI,SND,WHD they class each other as audio files but are they really?

the wav files appear to contain headerless IMA ADPCM audio.

the whd file looks vaguely related to this script (which doesn't work for it, so don't bother trying): http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?p=87577#p87577
not sure which of these other files has the table needed for splitting the audio files.

Any way to convert the WAV files into a streamable format?
