[help] How to correctly extract the King of Fighters MI model

Hi ! I am trying to import *.pak into Blender, I am very happy that it works very well. But I ran into a problem, I found the model to import blebder. It has no grid, in fact I want to open it on 3dsmax. But the 3ds format it exports does not have a grid. Ok, I admit that I won't use Blender. Can anyone help me?

Thanks to Szkaradek123 here, importing Blender is very smooth. Only the python version is different, and finally I worked perfectly with python2.52. I have carefully read his reply.
