Unreal Engine 4 .uasset (Unpack & Repack)

some guys always thinking .uasset is an localization file, but this is an package to packing 3D Objectives or texture files, localization files or even script in Unreal Engine 4

note: .uasset is not a compressed file and i've never seen an compressed .uasset file

Header: C1\x83\x2A\x9E\xF9\xFF\xFF\xFF (not a upk file, but using same method)
