Hi

It needs very old stuff . Not for noobs .

Here is a blend file for import models from *.CAT files.
It requires to install Blender version 249b (32 bit) and Python 2.6.6.(32 bit).
Doubleclick file "Blender249.blend" and in Text Window press alt+p to run script.
Select file with *.cat and press import.
Script import geometry, uv, weights for vertex , bones , diffuse texture.

For correct position of heads - import first body .

Unpack archive and rename to shorter .

"newGameLib" is dynamic libraries. I added still something new .
Make sure you use current from this importer.
Try use my steps or copy "newGameLib" to python path but first delete older "newGameLib" .
