It's been too long since this game's been out for ages that no progress has been made in the least towards extracting models/textures from this game. I need the usual OBJ's with UV's and some useful texture format to be applied.

Your samples are runlength compressed starting at 0x800. I assume the first uint32 is the decompressed size, but I don't really know how to decompress these files (I know quickbms can use it, but I'm just not sure which compression algorithm to use).
