(Help) Mario Party 7 BIN File Extractor for Models

I wanted to extract different models from MP 7 but these are stored in BIN files. Now I wanted to ask if there is a way to extract them and get to the model. I uploaded the Luigi Model here as an example:

I don't know what's the "HSFV037" format of the extracted files
