Mega Man Network Transmission (*.pac)

Okay so it's been legit years with this. I cannot for the life of me figure out these models/textures, and I need just simple OBJ with UV's, as well as the textures. I don't know if they have the textures within though and I'll need to fetch some other files to include.

Please don't use these useless "(IMPORTANT)", "(PLEASE HELP)" and other tags in the title.
If you have to write something, specify something really important like the platform and/or the extension of the files.

All right, I've included a few extra files in the archive I supplied, if anyone can make sense of them.
