Can you upload another res file too? Maybe a bigger one.
There are unicode strings for sure.

Too many files. There are language files in each folder. I could not figure out which one. Maybe I need to translate all the files.

Ah icu resources, that was a very important detail you omitted

Currently I don't have a script that covers this format.
If you are a programmer you can do everything with the icu library without limitations.
