[Resident Evil 5/PC] - .FWSE format sound effects to .WAV

I have a question, is there any tool/script capable of CONVERTING .FWSE format audio files to .WAV (or any other readable audio format)?

I have been looking for everywhere long time, anything that can help me in this, but without a result.
