( Sorry not trying to Hijack ) I'd also like to add that trying to extract sounds doesn't work for the .xwb sound files. When trying to extract them via unxwb I get .Wav's however the files cannot be played and they are all 1 Second long.

I was analysing the file structure, but I don't understand why some files have many filenames but just one data file...

Do these scripts work with the XWB? I tried the first one posted but it sent me to a dead link, and the second one didn't work for the XWB at all.

There is no problem with the files extracted from unxwb.
RIFF is a container and the audio data can use any codec.
In this case the codec is 0x166 which is xma2

It did extract however when trying to run it through VLC, Foobar2000, or WMV it says the sound file cannot be played.

@makc_ar
The archive seems to have a sort of patching system where a field is used for the new offset of the resource.
This is used for title_1.png where the other offset referenced is just the same image.

I don't see references to the other images in the table.

The other 4 pngs you see are the translated versions of title_1.png.
It's not clear where these information are stored, probably after the filenames or I don't know.
The format is boring...

@GoodConduct
extraction is correct so I can't help further on that specific matter
