arc is an archive so you are posting in the wrong section.
You must ever provide full information about the error (screenshot or copy&paste) and the whole or a filecutted version of the archive you used

I don't understand.
Why you say it doesn't work if all the files are perfectly extracted?
99% of coverage, there is nothing else to extract and moreover no error is reported by quickbms.

Wait wait wait.
The filenames you have there are the original name in the archive, they are not guessed by quickbms if no filenames are available.
That means you have to check every single extracted file by hand... a painful operation.
If you have an idea of a string you think is available in the files you can use the command-line "grep" tool or astrogrep for finding what data_* file contain it.
An alternative to grep/astrogrep is the following script that you must use on the "output sh memories" folder and will copy the files with that string (remember to edit the script) in the new folder:
Currently I have no other suggestions.

findloc OFFSET string "PUT YOUR STRING HERE"
get SIZE asize
get NAME filename
log NAME 0 SIZE

aluigi already explained to you, THERE'S NO FILE NAMES on this game file, don't expect that "Strings.Eng" will be extracted because this a SH Origins game file, a different game.
Texts will be inside on some of this data_* files, you need look one by one until find this texts, there's no easy way.
