The archive files are extracted from the iso of the game.
Download all of them from the attachments and then download and use filecutter rebuilder with quickbms.

Use http://aluigi.org/bms/filecutter.bms on the big file, then upload the 2 generated files and the complete small file

That one looks like a rar which has been used with the filecutter script.
you must upload the whole pth and the filecutted ptd.
