[PC/Android]Need help to import Rules Of Survival (RoS) .dat

Post by shinobix »

Hi guys,

I've been wondering on how to convert the .dat files to any common format such as .obj / .fbx.
I've tried the disunity software also but failed. Does anyone has any clue on how to convert this .dat file from
RoS Online?

I've attached samples of the extracted file from .npk

Thanks

NetEase doesn't use Unity, they use their in-house engine. Still it seems similar to Unity.

It looks like my Million Arthur tool is able to load the models from this game. Check it out here : http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=17982

Your samples don't have model data that can be loaded though. I think the easiest way is to extract the npk to a folder (character.npk example), and then load that folder with my tool. It will add all the files it can load to the list.

Textures have the "KTX" header when you open them with a hex editor. You should be able to open them with "Mali Texture Compression Tool".
