But no tools for edit text files... I use iphone version of TBS and don't have Zeno content editor. Can you help me more ?

sorry but i don't lazy i don't know how to use the Decompiler because i used iPhone version and the Decompiler look like for Mac

Did you even try to download TBSDec, install it (probably Adobe Air needed) and try to use it???!!!
Your file is maybe a json.z, just you unpacked with offzip.
