a translation? you want reimport to work with this? this is heavy. this may need 2 scripts. a multichunk file dumper and a noesis plug to unswizzle and unshuffle the fragments. i dunno if a plain palette tga dropper can be coded in noesis. i'm not sure the extract is entirely correct either. there are some windows system strings in the dump. that seems odd and faulty.

edit: seems there're working extractors and texture modding possibilities for ppsspp. worth the trouble dealing with those files?

I found mod https://github.com/Ezehokadrim/fate-extra-texturepack (big size textures)... but need reimport in .txb for psp.
