i try to extract by quickbms but it get xml and vbi file from .varc

I guess from your last post that you already found the script (bad idea to not say that), can't help with the content of extracted files.

did you get the mesh files? i only get texture files and ".vbi" files which i think it might be it but i've no idea how to open it
