I am translating the game but I have come across the filearc.bin files from the game
. created this bms
http://aluigi.org/bms/3ds_lz.bms
but Its an extractor and it works very well, but I need to repack those files to test the modified files in the game, can someone help me in that regard?

In fact lz77wii wasn't available in reimport mode, even if the algorithms exist.
Going to fix it in quickbms 0.8.4

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X (*.bin)
ohhh really, thank you very much, I just want to be able to translate the game fully
I tried the reimport but its telling me that the file size is different, do I need to use a different script that I used for extraction?
The thing is that the bms checks the first file for example and then it says is 90 kb but in reality is 349, but it says its uncompressed and then I tried with the r r command, but the file created cannot be extracted again

Can't help with that, doesn't depend by quickbms. If you get errors then it means you can't use reimport mode with these files.

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X (*.bin)
just wondering, why quick bms is not compressing in the lz77wii before trying to do the repack? is that a step to be done before trying to restore the bin files?

Try quickbms 0.8.4, it supports lz77wii in reimport mode but don't expect miracles (long story, compression is pain)

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission X (*.bin)
I tried that, but before trying to repack, it ignores the compression, I think the script thinks thats both files are uncompressed and just try to replace, is there a way to use the same compression before trying to put the file back?

It's all correct, as I told you compression is a pain and it's too long to explain, quickbms already reports errors if there is nothing else to do.
