Because its hard to repack some archives in quickbms it would be cool to have a generic tool like this.

I don't have many technical details but think it's not an idea.
Basically you suggest to modders to write their own runtime patcher for every game, because kitserver is specific for PES and apparently it has been adapted also to Neptunia.
There is no generic way for a patcher to know how a game loads files from a custom archive without knowing the exact addresses of the functions that perform the job and being able to control them (not easy and not universal).
