How to extract files from a PAK file with a STPZ compression & a STPK compression?

So i want to translate Ukiyo no Shishi to english but I've encountered a problem.

I have pak files but I can't open them. no luck with the bms scripts

I checked and saw that they have a stpz compression and stpk.

I decompressed it to a stpk but now I'm stuck.

anyone knows how to extract those pak files?
