PS1 Hardware - *.bin files

so i have these PS1 bios that need "file format" analyzing. they seem to be archive files at a first glance.
the "samples" are in the attachment.

so... first, i must say all bin file it's not what we are thinking... any bin file in console's has a key... try to find that key to open... (with hex) to see inside ps1 bin file, if it's not copressed, do it with hand, i have bios package... tell more, for what? maybe i can help
