Try using the Black Ops Text Tool. I added it. Open your CoDWaW .ff file with hex editor. You'll see the header like "IWffu100ƒ" or hex code: "49 57 66 66 75 31 30 30 83". Just change it to "IWffu100Ù" or hex code: "49 57 66 66 75 31 30 30 D9". Drag it to extract.exe, it will be extracted as filename.ff.txt. Translate it, then drag .txt file to inject.exe. After injecting, open .ff file again with hex editor. Change header "IWffu100Ù" to original "IWffu100ƒ". Try it. I did it and I haven't see a problem yet. You can find more information at readme file.

Thanks for the help. And this method really works????
And are there any other translation tools?
Unfortunately, it does not work exactly with the main text file Game Menu.

Well, did you change the header like I said? If you didn't, I extracted for you. Here:

So. I did as described in the instructions. And I used the tool.
Does not work. The game does not start.
Certain other tools or other approach to translating these files is needed.
