There are several .Arc formats and I'm not sure if this is any of them but all I can really say is it's made by Activision and the Sims 2 .Arc decompiler isn't working for me.

I thought a sims script would work just considering the Helldorado decompilation script helped me extract stuff from Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. ((Which shares the same developer))

Yes it's the same simple format of Sims 2 with the difference that in the original script there was some code to handle the names of the archived files which is not possible here.

The game was developed by "Edge of Reality", and published by Activision.

Regarding the .arc format, I got help from AnonBaiter about a month ago in this thread:
