I've managed to find and extract the the map files from Sniper Elite 4 (PC) from the .mimg files with QuickBMS and the asura.bms script. It throws out a couple of .tga/.dds files with DX10 header that are only viewable in XnView, but they seem corrupted:

Here's a zip file with the original .mimg file and the two .tga files asura.bms produced: https://mega.nz/#!FBpxmZjA!SZZrtJMPESJd ... WPiZZ45f5s
If anyone can help it'd be appreciated greatly.
EDIT: Using the latest versions of both QuickBMS and asura.bms.

Sorted. It had a DX10 header that my current DDS plugin for Photoshop couldn't recognise. The Intel Texture Works Plugin for Photoshop worked a treat.
