Gantz the Game (PS2) - Models (NKM format)

After done with extracting the NKP archive formats, now I need help to convert the NKM model files to something like OBJ so I can import it to 3DS Max or similar programs. I can handle the texture files (*.NKT) myself since they always using the same offset for the image and palette data (I used the Console Texture Explorer program to open the texture files).
