Files .Res PSP Games (Call of Duty Road to Victory etc)

I wanted to know if any of you could create a script that allows me to edit the text files of the PSP game Call of Duty Road to Victory. The files are in .res format.

Is it possible to update the script so it takes the filenames from the strg folder, and also so it removes the first four bytes of each file?

There is nothing else I can do on that script.
