Underworld: The eternal war (PS2) DATA.HFF/TOC

Good day everyone! I have another big archive accompanied by index file and would appreciate if someone writes some BMS to unpack the former file.

This is what index file is like:

NAME.extension|path/|X|Y

where X is decimal file size & Y is decimal offset for this file. Entire DATA.TOC is plain text document and consists of such lines. I attached said index file to my post so it should speak for itself.
