I don't have tools for game localization.
Use a hex editor or post it in the Game Localization section.

What you mean exactly?
That string is not utf16 unicode if your "2" was referred to that.

i dont understand why 159 = "x81US"

Maybe that number is not referred to the length of the string.

rule for length of string = characters * 2 + 1
I tested on some strings.
