Note that there is nothing to extract from the sample you uploaded, that's why you will get nothing if you try.

I have just updated the script but don't consider it a real fix since frostbite.bms is not the best way to extract files from these games.

Frosty Editor supports NFS Payback.
It can't get every file(stuff like assetbanks which contain animations and whatnot)
