Wii-U .GTX texture format

Sonic Lost World, and other Wii-U titles use Nintendo's GTX texture format. For Lost World, the devs did not bother to change the file extension back to .gtx, and left at as .dds.

I've looked for a way to convert .gtx to .dds and I have found nothing. I'll provide some sample textures from Lost World http://puu.sh/ezpTT/62af29a6a5.zip
