Hello i want to extract this china game, plz help me!

hello, i tried lot of unzip program so i only found some file with unknown format but name is like "OBB_1"
but i dont know the format(i think its not obb format), i want to see some game 3d character modeling

so if you have any idea to extract this game, and how to extract unknown format "OBB_1"
plz help me, thank you for reading this!!
